Looking to split the cost of a hotel room with another attendee? MVJ is assisting convention attendees with roommate pairing.
How does it work?
- Fill out the form linked at the bottom of the page.
- The MVJ team will share a spreadsheet with you and others seeking a convention roommate. Your responses to the form will only be seen by the MVJ team and other community members looking for roommates.
- MVJ will not make matches and will not make reservations for attendees. If you find someone on the sheet you’d like to room with, please reach out to them directly to discuss and make your arrangements.
- Once you’ve found a match and made your arrangements, email [email protected] with “Roommate Found” in the subject line and the name of your new roommate in the body. We will remove both of your names from the spreadsheet.

Reminders:
- Convention hotel block rate: $219 (plus taxes)/night ($244/night for three people per room, $269/night for four people per room)
- The last day to book a hotel room under the convention block rate is June 16 or when the block fills, whichever comes first.
- Hotel block rates are first-come, first-serve. Once the block fills, the rate will no longer be offered.
